MichaelVargas.Art — Refund & Returns Policy

All products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us at shop@michaelvargas.art within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shop@michaelvargas.art.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not covered.

EU Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Custom-produced or personalized items may be exempt from this right under EU consumer law.
